He is my
best friend, my companion, my brother
He has always
been there beside me through life
I had good times,
bad times, uncertain times
But through it
all, he stood by me like no other
He watched me
mature and grow over the years
Through smiles,
laughs and tears
He was always
there by my side,
He helped chase
away my fears, and eased my mind.
I know I did and
said things, I wish I could take back
Through all the
ups and downs I endured
Sometimes laughing,
sometimes angry, sometimes crying
He still stood
by me, without effort, without trying
There is nothing
at all I wouldn't do,
To the ends of
the earth and back I'd go.
There is a bond
that no one or nothing will change
Whenever he needs
me, I'll be there, I'll see him through.
Throughout life,
friends will come and go,
But the love of
a brother is never ending and true
Whatever hardships
and troubles I face
I know I'll have
him for comfort and faith.
So when the time
comes, when he needs love and a shoulder
I'll give him
my all, without hesitation or question
I will give as
he gave, hold him up as he held me,
Giving my all,
with strength, love, and devotion.
